TURF BOOKING POLICY
TURF BOOKING CHARGES
- Ground Charges: ₹75,000/- per day
- Flood Light Charges: ₹25,000/- per night (up to 5 hours)
- Extra Light Hour: ₹7,000/- per hour
- Security Deposit: ₹1,00,000/- (refundable after clearance)
- Practice Slot: ₹5,000/- (2 hours, daytime), ₹10,000/- (floodlights) + guest entry
- Setup & Cleaning Charges: ₹7,100/-
- Food & Beverage: Charged separately as per selected menu
- Outside Catering Fee: ₹10,000/- + GST (designated cooking area provided)
- Violation of guest access rule (Rule 4): ₹500 per person per incident
GROUND USAGE GUIDELINES
- Ground marking and boundary setup by club (as per your dimensions)
- Washroom near the ground will be accessible during booking period
- Use only the designated entry/exit gate
- Non-members not allowed into club premises or other areas
- Floodlights operational till 11:30 PM only
- Sound limit: 65dB max (measured at ground center)
- No digging allowed. Violation: ₹50,000/- penalty
- No vehicles on or beyond the EPDM track. No setup allowed on it
- Damage to EPDM or turf will be chargeable
- No play allowed during rain or with season ball
- Fireworks strictly prohibited. Violation: ₹50,000/- penalty
- Penalty exceeding security deposit will be charged to recommending member
- LCD screens & hoardings allowed only in designated areas (prior approval needed)
- Designated parking area will be allocated
- All rates are exclusive of GST
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 30 days in advance
- 50% forfeiture if cancelled within 30 days
- 100% forfeiture of security deposit if cancelled under 15 days from match day
