Area rental of Rs. 25,000/- will be charged if booking is made for less than 100 persons.
Vegetarian Menu: Rs. 1000/- per head
Non-Vegetarian Menu: Rs. 1200/- per head

Bookings can only be made by members for their immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandchildren). Exceptions: conferences and seminars.
50% of the booking value must be paid within a day for confirmation. No hold without advance.
Balance payment toward minimum guarantee must be deposited at least a day prior to the event. Extras must be settled before or at event conclusion.
No tentative bookings held for more than 24 hours.
Food & beverage service till 11:45 PM. Venue must be vacated by 12:30 AM. Extensions subject to GM approval and extra charges.
Clients are responsible for any damage and must settle cost before the event concludes.
Government taxes and service charges are applicable extra.
Cancellation should be intimated to the GM at least 48 hours in advance.

RGC will cater to only 15% additional guests beyond the minimum guarantee. Buffet may be closed thereafter. Fresh food may take 45 min. to re-lay.
Children will be charged full rates.
Plates will be counted jointly by the Club and organizer's authorized signatory. Updates will be given in case of guest number increase.
Beverages charged as per consumption or package rate.
Rs. 50/- per head per item service charge for additional items brought by members.
One welcome/information panel allowed at club gate. Self-mounted panels can be used near the hall without damaging property or blocking passages.
Carpet protector must be used; no pasting on granite, steps, or existing carpet. Fire safety rules must be followed.

Event must start and end on time. All guests must vacate the space by agreed end time.
Live singing or DJ requires prior RGC approval.
Fireworks, firecrackers, open flames, gas blowers, sky lanterns, and fanush are strictly prohibited.

Electric heaters: Rs. 750/- each (subject to availability). Sigri (coal heaters) not allowed.
Bartender: Rs. 2500/- per bartender (subject to availability).
Meals for drivers/servants will be served at a separate location and are chargeable.

All permissions from local authorities must be obtained by the organizer and submitted to the Club before the event.
Fire retardant materials must be used. All fire safety guidelines must be followed.
Contact the Club one month in advance to finalize event details (menu, decoration, entertainment, etc.).
Event Orders (EOs) must be signed and submitted before the event and will be part of the agreement.
