BOARD ROOM POLICY

Board Room I:
- Rental: Rs. 5,000/- for 3 hours + Taxes
- Extended hour: Rs. 1,000/- + Taxes per hour
- Maximum Capacity: 14 persons
Board Room II:
- Rental: Rs. 3,000/- for 3 hours + Taxes
- Extended hour: Rs. 750/- + Taxes per hour
- Maximum Capacity: 8 persons
Inclusive of:
- Audio-visual equipment
- Free Wi-Fi access
- Writing pad and pencil

Reservations can only be made by members for their own use.
Board room bookings are strictly for meetings only.
Room guests may also book the board room for meetings.
100% advance payment is required within a day to confirm the booking.
Balance payments for extras must be settled before or immediately after the meeting.
No tentative bookings held for more than 24 hours.
No food or hard drinks allowed inside the meeting room.
Tea/Coffee and light refreshments may be served on a chargeable basis.
Any damage to RGC property will be chargeable and must be settled before the event concludes.
No nailing, pasting, or hammering on walls or ceilings is permitted.
Meetings must begin and end at the scheduled time, and guests must vacate accordingly.
Smoking is not allowed inside the meeting venue.
