ROOM BOOKING POLICY

• Deluxe: ₹3900/- per couple per night (₹500 for extra person)
• Semi Deluxe: ₹3200/- per couple per night (₹500 for extra person)
• Includes free Wi-Fi & parking
• Check-In: 2:00 PM | Check-Out: 12:00 Noon
• Taxes as applicable
• Booking allowed for members and affiliated club members against written request & advance payment (subject to availability)

ROOM BOOKING CANCELLATION

• Before 7 days of Check-in: 100% Refund
• Before 48 hours of Check-in: 50% Refund
• Within 0-48 hours of Check-in: No Refund

PARTY BOOKING (OASIS / THE SHACK)

• Booking by members for immediate family only
• 10% of minimum guarantee to be paid as confirmation advance
• Balance to be deposited at least one day prior
• Bill settled on minimum guaranteed or actual number (whichever is higher)
• F&B service until 11:45 PM, vacate by 12:15 AM
• Extra party time: ₹5000/- + GST per hour
• Cancellation to be intimated 48 hours in advance

PARTY BOOKING CANCELLATION

• 10% non-refundable fee for all cancellations
• Before 72 hours of event: 50% of booking value charged
• After 72 hours: 100% of booking value charged
• No charges if canceled due to natural phenomena

FOOD & BEVERAGE GUIDELINES

• Max. 15% additional guests beyond guarantee. Buffet may be closed afterward.
• Children charged full
• Plates counted jointly by organizer & RGC rep.
• Beverages charged as per actual/package
• No outside food/beverage for in-house catering
• Bar license from Excise Dept. needed
• Extra items by members: ₹50 per head per item

MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (MPH) CHARGES

• Marriage Day: ₹1,75,000 + GST (2 green rooms complimentary)
• Extra rooms: subject to availability
• Decoration per day: ₹5,000 + GST
• Cleaning (if not done): ₹5,000 + GST
• Godown storage: ₹5,000 + GST
• Fireworks security deposit: ₹25,000
• Party/Seminar/Conference: ₹1,30,000 + GST
• Generator (AC): ₹20,000 (₹2500/hr)
• Generator (Lighting): ₹12,000 (₹1500/hr)

MPH CANCELLATION

• 10% min cancellation charges + GST
• Before 14 days: 20% deducted
• Before 7 days: 40% deducted
• Before 2 days: 60% deducted

OTHER IMPORTANT RULES

• No fireworks, firecrackers, gas blowers, fanush or open flames allowed
• No music beyond 10 PM. Violation: ₹1 Lakh penalty
• Use only registered vendors for tentage, light, decoration
• Cooking space and toilets provided for outside caterers
• Band/music/dancing allowed only in designated concrete road
• All damages must be paid by the hirer
• Guests not allowed in club building unless accompanied by RGC member
